Service Agreement
Formal terms and conditions governing our business cooperation and application services.

1. Business Cooperation Models
Beijing Jingcheng Shidai Technology Co., Ltd. ("the Company") provides three primary modes of professional cooperation:
- Proxy Operation: We act as the official operator for third-party products, providing global publishing, user acquisition, and localization services. All specific rights and obligations are governed by individual "Publishing Service Agreements."
- Custom R&D: We provide technical development services based on client specifications. Intellectual property rights for such projects are defined within the "Software Development Agreement."
- Self-developed Operations: These are proprietary projects owned and operated by the Company, subject to standard end-user terms.
2. Intellectual Property & License
All software, source code, graphics, trademarks, and content provided through our services remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Conduct & Store Policies
Users must comply with all Google Play Developer Distribution Agreements and Apple Developer Program License Agreements. Any attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our services will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.
4. Payments & In-App Purchases
Financial transactions for virtual goods and subscriptions are processed by authorized third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). The Company is not responsible for the security or processing of payment data, which is governed by the respective platform's terms.
5. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
We strive to resolve all disputes through friendly negotiation. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached:
- Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
- Arbitration/Litigation: Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Shunyi District, Beijing.
- International Users: Users accessing our services from outside China agree to be bound by the specified jurisdiction and governing law, regardless of their local conflict-of-law principles.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
7. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
